Description

Vuldra 480B is a premium quality synthetic drawing and stamping fluid containing non chlorinated extreme pressure additives and synthetic lubricity additives which provide superior die life and surface finish to the work-piece. Vuldra 480B forms a micro emulsion and is intended to be used at a 5-20% dilution with water depending on the severity of the operation. Vuldra 480B is oil free. It is designed to replace straight and soluble oil fluids in deep drawing, stamping and blanking operations.

  • Full solubility in water, which contributes to a reduced end-use cost.
  • High film strength extending die life and reducing scoring and galling.
  • Hard water tolerance.
  • Moderate to heavy duty drawing and stamping operations on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, nickel alloys and galvanized metals.
  • Excellent corrosion protection including galvanized metals.
  • May be applied by roller, brush or drip methods.
  • Suitable for flood applications and airless spray systems.
  • Chlorine-free formulation wont interfere with downstream welding operations.
  • Good extreme pressure and anti-wear properties.
  • Easily cleaned from parts.
