Description
J-Cut 5542NTD has found a wide variety of
applications including screw machining and drawing and stamping.
This product is extremely high performance and is easily capable
of performing gun drilling and form tapping on stainless as
well as carbon steel. Experience has shown that an extremely
high additive content is required to provide the surface finish
and tool life required on these difficult operations. In the
past this has only been accomplished by the addition of sump
additives and tap ease. This product has been augmented with
additional performance additives that will eliminate that
practice. |
