Description
BC 450 is a heavy duty non chlorinated broaching
and machining oil. It is formulated for the severest of operations
on ferrous metals. |

Performance Benefits
- Formulated for heavy duty operations with machinability
rating of 70% and higher.
- Contains fat, synthetic, active, and inactive sulfur
extreme pressure enhancements.
- Can be diluted with another oil to reduce viscosity for
other operations not requiring a heavy duty product.
- Ideally suited for operations where hydraulic contamination
presents a problem.
- Can also be used on ferrous stamping.
- High flash point, good oxidation stability and high viscosity
index.

Recommended Aplications
Use as is directly from the drum. If is desired
to dilute this product with another oil contact us
directly for assistance. This product contains active
sulfur that will stain copper and copper alloys as
well as other soft metals. Use on ferrous alloys only.
