Zinc-Free Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oils
 

Description

The Atlantis series of anti-wear hydraulic oils are premium quality fluids which are compounded with high VI paraffinic basestocks and a state of the art non-zinc containing additive. These products are formulated to protect moving parts in hydraulic systems from wearing. Hydraulic systems typically contain some type of pump (vane, piston or gear) which maintains the oil pressure in the system. The moving parts in these pumps are susceptible to wear problems.

The Atlantis series oils are thermally and oxidatively stable, while providing excellent anti-wear and rust protection. They also provide good demulsibility, fiterability, and are hydrolytically stable.

 
Performance Benefits
  • Surpasses 2500 hours on the ASTM D-943 test (oxidation characteristics of inhibited steam turbine oil test).
  • Excellent on the ASTM D-665 test (rust preventing characteristics of steam turbine oil test).
  • Meet or exceed the following test requirements:
    • Cincinnati Milacron P-68 NZ, P-69 NZ, P-70 NZ
    • Vickers I-286-S, M-2950-S
    • Denison HF-1, HF-2, HF-0
    • Ford M-M-6C32
    • DIN 51524, Part 2
    • B.F. Goodrich 0152
